Unfortunately, we can't approve every application we receive. Here are some possible reasons why your application may not have been approved:
- Outstanding Balance - You haven't paid back a previous advance. Once you pay back your outstanding advance, you can apply for another.
- Inconsistent Income - Your bank transactions indicate insufficient or inconsistent income levels.
-
Applied Too Early - We aren't able to verify that you will receive income within the next 31 days. In general, we advance up to 31 days before your next pay date.
- Insufficient Bank Transactions - Your bank transaction history is too small. Without more bank transaction history, we are unable to accurately verify income sources. If this isn't true, then it is likely your bank didn't provide enough transactions.
-
Discontinued Income - We have determined that your income was terminated and we require consistent income to take out an advance.
- You Recently Changed Jobs - We require 3 paychecks from your income source to issue an advance. If you have changed jobs recently, try reapplying once 3 paychecks are deposited in your connected bank account.
We welcome you to reapply in the future if any of these conditions change. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that we rely on your bank to provide us with bank transactions that we use to identify your income sources. We know that this data may not always accurately reflect your financial situation, but at this time this is the data we rely on to inform our approval processes.
