How to link your debit card:
- On the home page, click on "Connect Card"
- You can also navigate to the settings page. Under the "Bank" section, there should be an option to click "Connect Debit"
- Enter your debit card info into the form
Troubleshooting tips:
If you can't connect a debit bank card, check the following:
- Does the address you're entering match your billing address (not mailing address) exactly the way you inputted it when registering your debit card?
- Please enter in your expiration date in the following format: MM/YY. A lot of cards auto-populate as MM/YYYY (e.g. 02/2025) so please check this and try again.
- Is the card you are trying to use expired or expiring soon? If so, you will need to have your bank issue you a new card and try again.
Please note that the debit card form is third-party software and we don't have the ability change whether or not your login is successful. Often times the best solution is to re-try at a later date.
