How To Connect Your Bank Account
- On the home page, click on "Connect Account" or "Reconnect Bank".
- On the page titled "Securely Connect Your Bank Account", click the "Next" button.
- Follow the instructions to select your bank and enter your banking credentials. This may take up to 1 minute to load. You may be prompted to authenticate your log in session using your online banking app or two-factor authentication.
- Once you are logged in, the connection process may take another 1-5 minutes.
What to do if you encounter an error:
If you encounter an error while trying to log in to your bank account, please check your log in credentials for accuracy. You may need to contact your bank to reset your two-factor authentication or online banking password.
If you get an error message after successfully logging in, the best solution is to try again in 30 minutes. Banks often experience ongoing maintenance or have temporary issues that resolve on their own.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Try a different browser, such as Firefox.
- Clear your browser cookies, refresh the page, and try again.
- Double check your login credentials (username and password).
- Call your bank and ask them about it.
- Try again at a later time.
