1. Forgot your password?
- Go to app.trybree.com/login
- Click Forgot your password?
- Follow the steps in this guide to reset your password
2. Changed your phone or number?
If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your Bree account:
- Try logging in using your email and password instead
- Once logged in, you can update your phone number in your account settings
If you need your phone number removed from an old account:

We may ask a few questions to confirm your identity before updating your details
3. Error: “This number is already in use.”
This usually means your phone number is already linked to a Bree account — possibly under a different email address.
- Try logging in using your email instead of your number
4. Still can’t log in?
- Double-check that your email is spelled correctly
