Bree offers two delivery options for your loan:
- Express Delivery: arrives in minutes (small fee)
-
Standard Delivery: arrives in 1–3 business days (no fee)
How is your loan sent?
Bree automatically chooses how your funds are sent. No action is needed. The method depends on your account, bank, and whether you chose Express or Standard Delivery.
-
Push-to-Debit (Most common):
- Sent directly to the same bank account linked to your debit card
-
Direct EFT (All users on standard delivery will have this as a default):
- Funds usually go to your most recently connected bank account, but you may be able to choose a different one if you’ve connected another before. Money typically arrives in 1–3 business days.
-
E-transfer (Fallback):
- Used only if your bank can’t accept the other methods
- You’ll get an email with instructions to claim the funds
Tip: Before submitting your application, make sure your account details are correct so funds go to the right place.
What if my loan didn’t arrive?
If your loan hasn’t arrived after the expected time, reach out to our support team.
Note: Users banking with Desjardins and BMO have known delays. We recommend that Desjardins users select Standard Delivery. For BMO users, we recommend contacting their bank directly for assistance.
