What email should I send my e-transfer to?
Send your e-transfer to info@trybree.com. Make sure to double-check the spelling. This is the only email Bree accepts e-transfers through.
How do I know if Bree received my e-transfer?
Once we receive and match your e-transfer, we’ll email you a confirmation. If you haven’t heard back after a few hours, check:
- You sent it to info@trybree.com
- You used the same email linked to your Bree account — or included it in the message field
Note: If you used a different email, include your Bree email in the message before sending. If the payment can’t be matched, contact support.
I sent the e-transfer to the wrong email. Can I get it back?
If it hasn’t been accepted, you may be able to cancel it from your banking app. If the transfer was accepted by the wrong recipient, contact your bank — Bree cannot reverse it.
Can I cancel a pending e-transfer?
Yes. You can cancel it through your bank if it hasn’t been accepted. Once accepted, it cannot be cancelled.
