Bree will never ask for unusual payments
We will never ask you to send money using gift cards, prepaid cards, cryptocurrency, or other non-standard payment methods. If you see a message like this, do not respond or engage. We only accept e-transfers to our info@trybree.com or payments made directly from your Bree app.
Verify it’s really from Bree
We only email from:
- support@trybree.com — customer support
- info@trybree.com — Interac e-Transfer payments
- hello@trybree.com — product updates and promotions
Additional emails may be sent from:
- hello@send.trybree.com — Transactional emails (authentication, collections, application updates)
- hello@mail.trybree.com — Marketing emails
We will never use personal email domains such as @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, or @yahoo.com.

Stay safe online
- Use strong, unique passwords for each account and update them regularly
- Use a password manager to securely store & generate strong passwords
- Be cautious of urgent or alarming messages–scammers often try to create panic
- Don’t click links or download attachments from unknown senders
