While we aim to help as many people as possible, loans may be declined for a few reasons:

Banking requirements
- You need to be 18+ with a valid Canadian bank account and debit card

Stable income
- We look for consistent income deposits in your connected account

Ability to repay
- We check your transaction history, including income, spending, and balances, to make sure the loan is manageable

Paycheque history
- You’ll need at least three regular paycheque deposits to qualify
Our system uses the data from your bank to guide these checks. This means the decision is based on what we can see in your account and cannot be changed manually by support.
