You can't log in to your bank
Confirm your username and password by logging in on your bank's own app first. If your bank asks for 2FA, keep its app open and approve the prompt. -
You changed your bank login, or your account was disconnected

The screen is stuck loading, or says "something went wrong"
Make sure you're on the latest app version (how to update), then close and reopen Bree and try again. Still glitchy? Troubleshoot app errors or crashes. If your bank is briefly down, wait 30 minutes. -
Your bank is on the list, but still won't connect

Your RBC or Desjardins card has no CVV

Your card still won't add.
Please use a Canadian Visa or Mastercard debit card linked to a bank account. Credit and prepaid cards won't work.
