How do I know if Bree sent me an e-transfer?
You’ll get an email from Interac with a link to deposit funds. It's sent to the e-transfer email you provided.
Not all loans use e-transfer — some go directly to your bank. Refunds are always sent by e-transfer.
What if I didn’t get the e-transfer?
If it’s been a few hours and nothing’s come through, check the following:
- Your spam or junk folder
- That your e-transfer email is linked to your Bree account
- The loan or refund was sent
Check your loan status in the app. Refunds aren’t shown there, but are sent automatically once processed. If you’re unsure about an e-transfer, review how repayments work.
